We work with Hugs. It is a local charity and it supports the families of children with cancer. We can also take to a charity of your choice providing they are aware of the number of items, some charities don't take large amounts.

How long does a house clearance take?
It really depends on how much there is in the house. Are there items that need dismantling? Is the access good from door to the van? An average 2 to 3 bedroom house clearance can take around 6 to 8 hours.
How do I know that my waste is being disposed of responsibly?
As a business, you have a legal duty of care to ensure that your waste is disposed of responsibly. The Environment Agency can ask you to produce evidence of this at any time. We will send you a waste transfer sheet by email for each collection. The waste transfer sheets should be stored and can be produced for any Environment Agency inspection.
